But this way they can get money from the mobile players (though the saves are the same, so android users could copy them off the phone, edit and replace them) and those in the PC market who aren't this way inclined can enjoy messing with their game. Also, uf they actually cared about making money off the PC version, they would have encrypted the save files, it's not as if that would increase load times significantly.
